Talking to a therapist may help you to gain an understanding about the issues(s) troubling you.  I can provide a private safe space just for you to think about where you are and where you want to be.


Therapy aims to help you deal with and overcome issues that are causing emotional pain or making you feel uncomfortable.  It can provide a safe and regular space for you to talk and explore difficult feelings.  I will be there to support you and respect your views.  I will help you find your own insights into and understanding of your problems.

In therapy you will not be told what to do, as the aim of the process is to enable you to understand and accept yourself, help you move towards becoming the person you wish to be with yourself, at home, in work and with friends and family.


As an integrative therapist, I can use a variety of skills & tools and range of therapeutic models in order to tailor the right treatment therapy for you, including CBT, family therapy, intepersonal therapy, experiential therapy or a combination to best suit you. 


I offer all prospective clients an initial assessment consultation. The initial session is usually seen as a mutual assessment, to explore if therapy is right for you and how it might be helpful.
